Do you accept return?

Do not open or use the damaged container. We make this request for two reasons: first, if a package is broken or open bacteria can get inside and may cause your pet to get sick. Second, the actual damaged package is our proof to the carrier that they were negligent in handling your purchase. We only accept returns for unopened and new products

 

Quite simply, we believe in everything we sell 100%. If you receive an item you purchased online and it arrives damaged through no fault of your own, simply return it for a refund or product replacement. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it necessary to exchange a non-food item, you may do so by contacting us at our customer support email or ticket system. The items must be in original, resale condition. We would need a list of what is being exchanged, why it is being exchanged, and the product name of the item wanted for the exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us. Because food items have an expiration, exchanges are not permissible for food items. 

Return Policy: All non-food products ordered from us come with a 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, let us know and we will attempt to accomodate you. Since we are an online company we do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds only apply to non-food items.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery

  • To acquire an RMA please email us with your order number

  • Any food consumable item would not qualify for a refund.

  • To qualify for a refund, the condition of the products need to be in their original un-opened packaging.

  • If a refund is given, the refund would be credited back to the same credit card used during the purchase.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for damaged items. If we receive a DAMAGED or USED/OPENED product, we will take a picture of it and notify you. You can either ask us to donate to a local shelter for free or ship the damaged item back at your own expense. No refund for damaged shipments and no exceptions.


- Exchanges/returns after 30 calendar days of the original order date will not be accepted.

- Used & Opened items will not be accepted.

We recommend sending returns in a secured box, through USPS, Fedex or UPS. Insurance highly recommended. We process returns after we receive the item. It usually takes 3-5 days upon receiving of the return.
